ISBL & OSBL Instrument Supervisor

About the role

The ISBL & OSBL Instrument Supervisor supports the review of contractor deliverables and construction activities for the LNG plant, covering both ISBL and OSBL scopes up to pre‑commissioning. The role ensures technical compliance, interface coordination, and safe, on‑time execution.

Key responsibilities

• Review contractor key deliverables, construction plans and ensure alignment with project specifications and Omani standards.
• Provide technical assistance to the ISBL/OSBL Superintendent, conduct audits, manage interfaces with EPC contractors and monitor progress against milestones.
• Support risk identification, develop registers/trackers, and prepare lessons‑learned documentation throughout the EPC phase.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with at least 10 years of oil & gas construction experience, including ISBL & OSBL multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong HSE culture, safety leadership and ability to influence decisions on safety, schedule and cost.
• Excellent communication, organization and reporting skills in English; Arabic or French a plus.
