Executive - Marketing

About the role

The Executive - Marketing will support the hotel’s marketing team in delivering brand‑aligned communication and promotional activities for Jumeirah Muscat Bay. This onsite position works closely with the Manager or Assistant Manager to ensure the resort’s marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager or Assistant Manager in executing marketing strategies and handling day‑to‑day marketing operations.
• Act as a brand steward, ensuring all marketing and communication follow brand guidelines while maintaining the hotel’s artwork and image library.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, support photo and video shoots, and manage social media channels and monthly performance reports.
• Develop and implement annual PR and social media plans, manage media relations, and organise hotel‑level PR activities and events.
• Support strategic partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations to boost brand visibility and positioning.
• Manage marketing budgets and supplier coordination, including raising purchase requests, processing invoices and tracking project progress and performance reports.

Required profile

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong proofreading, copywriting and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English and the local language (read, write, speak); additional language knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrates Jumeirah’s core values and a passion for luxury hospitality.
