F&B Manager

About the role

Alila Jabal Akhdar seeks an energetic, self‑motivated and experienced F&B Manager to lead its food and beverage operations. The role reports to senior hotel leadership and is responsible for delivering a luxury F&B experience that reflects the hotel’s brand personality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all business activities across food and beverage outlets.
• Monitor F&B costs, implement corrective actions and drive profitability.
• Prepare annual business plans, budgets and financial forecasts for each outlet.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance management of the F&B team.
• Ensure cash‑handling procedures are correctly applied and monitor cost of sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to promote the hotel’s F&B facilities.

Required profile

• Current experience as an Assistant F&B Director or Manager in a medium to large, ultra‑luxury hotel operation.
• Proven ability to build teamwork, delegate responsibility and empower staff.
• Strong financial acumen with experience preparing budgets and controlling costs.
• Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels.
