Bartender – Luxury Hotel & Resort

About the role

Alila Jabal Akhdar is seeking an enthusiastic, service‑oriented Bartender to join its Food & Beverage team. You will deliver exceptional beverage service, create memorable guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Provide friendly, personalized service, recommend and upsell food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and hygiene at all times.
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties such as stock replenishment, ice preparation, and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and handle guest enquiries, preferences, and complaints professionally.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and comply with all legal, food safety, health, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with restaurant, kitchen, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
