- 制定和维护预算，管理餐饮部门的财务、员工敬业度和客人满意度计划。
- 监督厨房、餐厅、饮料和客房服务的日常运营，确保成本控制和质量标准。
- 领导餐饮团队，进行员工管理、绩效考核和培训，营造团队合作和持续改进的工作氛围。
- 处理客人投诉，确保提供超出预期的服务体验。
任职要求
- 高中学历或同等学历，且具备4年餐饮或相关领域工作经验；或拥有两年制大学学位并具备2年相关工作经验。
- 具备预算制定、成本管理和财务目标分析能力。
- 具备团队领导、沟通协调和问题解决能力。
