职位概况
负责酒店所有餐饮运营，包括厨房、餐厅、饮料及客房服务，确保客人满意度并达成财务目标。
主要职责
- 制定并维护部门预算，管理成本和财务指标。
- 监督厨房、餐厅、饮料和客房服务的日常运营。
- 领导并激励餐饮团队，处理员工缺勤和绩效考核。
- 确保服务质量符合品牌标准，处理客人投诉直至解决。
任职要求
- 高中学历并具备4年餐饮或厨房相关工作经验，或拥有相关专业两年制学位并具备2年工作经验。
- 熟悉餐饮法律法规，具备预算管理和财务分析能力。
- 具备优秀的人际沟通与团队领导能力，能够在压力下保持高标准服务。
