F&B Sales Executive – Banquet, Outdoor Catering & Corporate Bookings

About the role

The F&B Sales Executive drives revenue for banquet, outdoor catering and corporate booking services in Muscat. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and work closely with operations, culinary and banquet teams to deliver successful events.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell banquet facilities for weddings, social events, conferences, meetings and private functions.
• Handle inquiries, conduct site inspections and present tailored event packages.
• Prepare customized quotations, contracts and proposals, negotiate pricing and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Develop and grow outdoor catering business for corporate events, exhibitions, weddings and private gatherings.
• Identify new catering opportunities, establish partnerships with event planners and coordinate with kitchen and operations teams.
• Prospect and acquire new corporate accounts, maintain existing relationships and generate business for meetings, training programs and conferences.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers, event planners, travel agencies and corporate decision‑makers, ensuring high satisfaction before, during and after events.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, maintain accurate records of leads, bookings and revenue, and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, banquet sales, catering sales or corporate event sales.
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations, catering services and event management.
