About the role
Join Marriott International as an F&B Service Expert in Muscat, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering attentive service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation for each service.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including dining and service stations.
- Handle menu verification, read and confirm items accurately.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance, and moving across varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Male Omani candidate, as indicated by the title.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties for extended periods.
