About the role
A leading industrial manufacturing company in Oman is looking for an experienced Finance Director to lead financial strategy, operations, governance and business performance. The position is based in Sohar and requires a minimum of 15 years of experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Certification such as CA, CPA, CFA, CMA or equivalent (mandatory).
- At least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in senior finance leadership.
- Strong background in manufacturing, metals, mining or industrial processing.
- Proven experience in Board reporting, financial governance and team leadership.

- Treasury and cost optimization
- CAPEX management
- IFRS and ERP systems
