Fixed Products Senior Specialist

About the role

Vodafone Oman is seeking an energetic self‑starter to own the end‑to‑end responsibility for Fibre‑to‑the‑Home (FTTH) and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) products across consumer and enterprise segments. You will define, develop, launch and manage these products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and driving growth in Oman’s broadband market.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and lifecycle‑manage FTTH and FWA broadband plans, add‑ons, CPE bundles, SLA tiers and enterprise connectivity propositions.
• Specify product requirements for BSS, OSS and digital channels, covering ordering, self‑care, provisioning and activation flows.
• Collaborate with Technology, Network and Group Technology teams as the single point of contact for product development, OBB integration (FTTH) and radio network dependencies (FWA).
• Ensure product quality and oversee the end‑to‑end customer experience across eShop, self‑care, contact centre, retail and enterprise portals.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Pricing, CVM and Field Operations to create go‑to‑market plans, channel readiness and customer lifecycle journeys.
• Use data‑driven insights to monitor product performance, penetration, churn and satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct post‑launch commercial reviews, tracking revenue, adoption, NPS and operational KPIs against business case commitments.

• Senior‑level professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for telecom innovation.
• Proven experience managing product lifecycles in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across technology, network, marketing and sales functions.
• Ability to translate market needs into clear product specifications and deliver results.
