Fixed Services Senior Specialist

About the role

Vodafone Oman is seeking a proactive Fixed Services Senior Specialist to design, launch and manage FTTH and FWA broadband propositions. You will own the commercial portfolio, driving subscriber growth, ARPU improvement and customer retention across residential and SMB segments.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the FTTH and FWA consumer proposition roadmap for residential and SMB markets.
• Develop competitive bundles, speed tiers, data caps and pricing models aligned with commercial objectives.
• Conduct market, competitive and regulatory analysis to shape GTM positioning.
• Build segment‑specific business cases with KPIs, ARPU modelling and performance forecasts.
• Collaborate with Network, Product and Global teams to localise technology roadmaps and best practices.
• Define service parameters such as speeds, quotas, add‑ons, router/CPE strategy and installation packages.
• Lead GTM planning, cross‑functional alignment and promotional campaigns for new broadband launches.
• Monitor proposition performance against acquisition, revenue and NPS targets and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Excellent collaboration skills across network, sales, retail and customer care functions.

• FTTH (Fiber‑to‑the‑Home) product knowledge.
• FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) product knowledge.
• OTT (Over‑the‑Top) integration experience.
• Router/CPE strategy and configuration.
