Food & Beverage Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the InterContinental Muscat team as a Food & Beverage Attendant, delivering true luxury through attentive service in our restaurant outlets. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring memorable dining experiences in a world‑class hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders, and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately relay orders to kitchen and bar, and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
• Set up and maintain table settings, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for each service.
• Assist with beverage preparation, including coffee and basic cocktails, and support simple food prep when needed.
• Manage inventory, restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle transactions securely.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage service within hotels, restaurants, or serviced residences is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with food and beverage standards, hygiene, and safety practices.

Required skills
