Freelance Full-Stack Web App Developer

About the role

Mindrift is seeking experienced freelance Full‑Stack Web App Developers to contribute to the Tendem project. You will design, build, and maintain interactive browser‑based applications that solve real‑world problems, working remotely on a part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interactive web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Create backend APIs with Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js (Express).
• Design and implement data models and persistence layers using PostgreSQL, SQLite, or NoSQL stores.
• Implement authentication, session handling, and basic role‑based access control.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and AI/LLM services like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Handle state management, input validation, error handling, and loading states.
• Build standalone Python tools for data processing or lightweight backend utilities.
• Review, debug, optimise, and refactor code to improve security, performance, and maintainability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to ship end‑to‑end features independently.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
