About the role
As a Front Desk Agent at IHG Hotels & Resorts, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring seamless interactions throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members in person or by phone.
- Process payments, manage bookings, and handle check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Anticipate guest needs, provide tailored local recommendations, and resolve issues such as billing queries or restaurant suggestions.
- Maintain accurate guest records and uphold the highest standards of service quality.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem‑solving ability to turn challenges into positive experiences.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Omani national with 1–2 years of hotel experience.
- Literate and tech‑savvy, with solid reading, writing, basic maths and computer proficiency.
