Gelato & Ice Cream Production Specialist

About the role

The Gelato & Ice Cream Production Specialist will work full‑time on‑site at Aryana Factory in Wilayat Ibri, producing premium gelato and soft‑serve ice cream. The role involves following established recipes, operating specialised equipment, and ensuring every batch meets the company’s high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, mix and produce gelato and soft‑serve ice cream according to recipes.
• Operate commercial gelato and ice‑cream production machines.
• Prepare powder and liquid mixes, including stabilisers and flavourings.
• Monitor product consistency, texture and temperature throughout the process.
• Maintain strict food‑safety and quality‑control standards.
• Test and adjust recipes when required.
• Keep accurate production records and batch documentation.
• Clean and sanitise equipment and work areas.
• Store finished products correctly and support new flavour development.

Required profile

• Previous experience in gelato, ice‑cream, dairy or dessert production.
• Knowledge of gelato and soft‑serve manufacturing processes.
• Experience with powder mixes, base mixes, stabilisers and flavour ingredients.
• Familiarity with commercial gelato or soft‑serve machines; experience with MEC3, PreGel, Fabbri is a plus.
• Understanding of food‑safety, hygiene and quality‑control procedures.
• Basic troubleshooting and equipment‑operation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain product consistency.
• Good communication, teamwork and ability to train junior staff.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods in a food‑production environment.
