Guest Experience Expert – Hospitality (Omani only)

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay from arrival to departure. The role is based at the Aloft hotel in Muscat and is open to Omani nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle check‑in and check‑out procedures and respond to guest inquiries.
• Assist with luggage handling, loading/unloading vehicles and transporting items to guest rooms or bell areas.
• Process operational requests, complete daily reports and share local area highlights with guests.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, follow company policies and protect confidential information.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Omani citizenship (as indicated by “Omani only”).
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time, on‑site and perform the physical tasks described.
