Guest Experience Maker Supervisor

About the role

The Guest Experience Maker (GEM) Supervisor leads the Guest Experience department at Six Senses Zighy Bay, ensuring that every guest enjoys the resort’s signature blend of sustainability, wellness and extraordinary service. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the role safeguards the brand’s pillars and drives the delivery of exceptional, emotionally‑focused hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all resort facilities and services and apply hotel policies on reservations, deposits and no‑shows.
• Oversee the guest history and profile system in collaboration with the Front Office Manager.
• Partner with Front Office, Food & Beverage and other departments to anticipate and fulfil guest needs, ensuring smooth operation of the Guest Experience function.
• Implement and enforce policies, procedures and best practices, promoting a cost‑focused philosophy through staff training.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, financial, safety and security requirements, and uphold budgetary controls.
• Support the Director of Rooms in rejuvenating the overall guest experience and driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar operational role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to live in a remote location for extended periods and travel on single status.
