Guest Service Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at Six Senses Zighy Bay, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering the brand’s signature emotional hospitality and ensuring seamless communication across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the telephone switchboard and guest room phones, handling all inbound and outbound calls with a friendly, personalized approach.
• Manage wake‑up calls, messages, facsimiles and route calls to the appropriate extensions.
• Assist guests with reservations for the restaurant, spa and Kids’ Club, and record requests accurately.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality, including switchboard, phones and fax machines.
• Ensure proper hand‑over of pending matters at the end of each shift.
• Uphold Six Senses service standards, LQA benchmarks and sustainability pillars.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar operational role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to live on‑site in a remote location for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with hotel POS, Property Management System (PMS) and CRM platforms.
