About the role

Doc Delhi is a healthcare facilitation platform that connects international patients with high‑quality, affordable medical treatment in India. We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Growth Associate Intern to help expand our presence in Oman by identifying and engaging prospective patients who may benefit from treatment in India.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential patients in Oman interested in medical treatment abroad.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and community networks.
• Build and nurture relationships with referral partners such as clinics, diagnostic centres, insurance agents, and community groups.
• Educate patients on treatment options, hospitals, doctors, and cost structures in India.
• Qualify leads based on medical need, urgency, budget, and willingness to travel.
• Coordinate with the Doc Delhi team to collect medical reports and facilitate case evaluation.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow‑ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Support local growth initiatives, partnerships, and awareness campaigns.
• Provide market insights on patient preferences, competition, and demand trends in Oman.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and/or English, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations empathetically.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and target‑oriented.
• Familiarity with sales, lead generation, business development, or healthcare is preferred.
• Understanding of the Omani market and strong networking abilities are a major advantage.
