Hindi Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This remote, hourly contractor position focuses on leading quality assurance for Hindi AI training data. You will ensure that all Hindi content produced by AI and human trainers meets strict linguistic and cultural standards, directly contributing to the improvement of leading AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Hindi content and trainer outputs against detailed rubrics.
• Provide precise written feedback in English to maintain consistency and quality.
• Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to trainers and QA teams.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain documentation such as style guides, FAQs, and trackers.
• Monitor contributor activity and reactivate inconsistent workers.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Hindi with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent command of English for guideline interpretation and feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Hindi writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related workflows.
• Deep knowledge of Hindi grammar, Devanagari script, punctuation, tone, and India‑specific cultural context.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, or QAs is strongly preferred.
