Hotel Onboarding & Partnerships Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Hotel Onboarding & Partnerships Executive to join our team in Muscat. You will be the main point of contact for hotels, introducing TasHeel’s travel‑financing solutions and guiding them through the onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential hotel partners across Oman and the region.
• Present TasHeel’s “travel now, pay later” service and negotiate partnership terms.
• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, from contract signing to live listing activation.
• Coordinate with hotel reservation and front‑office teams to integrate financing options into booking and payment workflows.
• Train hotel staff on TasHeel processes and support ongoing usage.
• Maintain strong relationships, address partner inquiries, and support joint marketing initiatives.
• Collect feedback to improve partner experience and service performance.

Required profile

• Omani or Arabian nationality.
• Full‑time availability for an on‑site role in Muscat.
• Experience in hotel partnership, onboarding, or related hospitality functions.
• Ability to work closely with reservation and front‑office teams.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
