HSE Advisor – Yanqul, Oman (Omani Nationals Only)

About the role

Lycopodium is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join its site projects team in Yanqul, Oman. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will provide specialist health, safety, environment and community (HSEC) advice to ensure projects are delivered safely and in compliance with company, client and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement HSEC plans, processes and procedures to meet project targets and reporting requirements.
• Provide specialist advice across all project disciplines, identifying and mitigating risks to safety, environment, community and industrial relations.
• Optimize HSEC team productivity by scheduling resources and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Develop and apply risk analysis and compliance frameworks aligned with best practices.
• Conduct HSE research, monitor regulatory changes and advise stakeholders on compliance.

Required profile

• Science certificate, degree or diploma in Health and Safety.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE management experience in mineral processing or related industries.
