HSEQ Advisor (Omani National)

About the role

The HSEQ Advisor will lead the deployment and maintenance of a comprehensive Health, Safety, Environment, Quality (HSSEQ) management system for Oceaneering's operations in Oman. The role involves partnering with process champions, business leaders, and operational teams to ensure compliance, drive continual improvement, and support project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain a comprehensive HSSEQ management system across the business.
• Lead audits, inspections, site visits and quality reviews to ensure compliance and drive improvement.
• Support tender submissions and project delivery through HSSE and quality documentation.
• Monitor HSSEQ objectives, KPIs, non‑conformances and corrective actions.
• Assist with emergency response planning, training drills and incident management.

Required profile

• Omani national with at least a high school diploma or graduate in any discipline.
• Good written and oral English and Arabic.
• Fair understanding of HSE laws, standards and regulations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HSSEQ management system requirements.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Proficiency with Intelex or similar HSSEQ data management tools.
