Permit Issuer / Permit Verifier – 6‑Month EPC Pipeline Project

About the role

Duruper is hiring a Permit Issuer / Permit Verifier for a six‑month renewable oil & gas EPC pipeline project in Muscat, Oman. The position focuses on managing permit systems, validating work permits, and ensuring HSE compliance throughout the project.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the permit‑to‑work (PTW) system and validate all work permits.
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety and procedural standards.
• Support HSE compliance, conduct risk assessments and promote workplace safety.

Required profile

• Diploma in a technical field or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in oil & gas EPC projects, preferably on pipeline works.
• Valid Oman or GCC driving licence.
• Knowledge of PTW/E‑PTW systems and HSE requirements.
• Ability to verify risk assessments, HAZ controls and Job Safety Analyses.
