HVAC AMC Sales Manager – Muscat, Oman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC AMC Sales Engineer/Manager to lead the growth of our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) business across residential, commercial and industrial sectors in Oman. The role combines business development, client relationship management and coordination with operations to secure and deliver long‑term maintenance contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new AMC opportunities through client meetings, site visits, networking and market research.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and hand‑over to operations.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Cultivate relationships with facility managers, property managers, consultants, contractors and FM companies.
• Monitor market activity, competitor offerings and emerging business opportunities.
• Support timely collection of outstanding payments and drive contract renewals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC AMC sales experience in Oman or the GCC.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing AMC contracts.
• Strong network among commercial buildings, facility management firms and industrial clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Valid Oman driving licence.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
