HVAC Senior AMC Sales Engineer / Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Senior AMC Sales Engineer / Manager to lead the growth of our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) business in Muscat. The role focuses on acquiring new AMC contracts across residential, commercial and industrial sectors and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new AMC business opportunities through client meetings, site visits, referrals, networking and market research.
• Generate leads, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close AMC contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and handover to operations.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective AMC clients and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, pursue contract renewals and upsell additional services.
• Monitor outstanding payments and support timely collection.
• Track market activity, competitor offerings and emerging business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC AMC sales experience in Oman or the GCC.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing AMC contracts.
• Established network with commercial building owners, facility managers, consultants and industrial clients.
• Strong understanding of HVAC maintenance services and AMC requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Valid Oman driving licence.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
