About the role

The Kenfix Technician ensures that all hotel facilities and equipment are safe, functional, and well‑maintained. Working on‑site, you will support guests and staff by keeping the property in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Carry out regular preventative maintenance inspections.
• Identify safety issues throughout the property and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Perform touch‑up and general maintenance tasks in assigned areas.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures Manual and departmental standards.
• Provide guests with clear, helpful information about property facilities.

Required profile

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset.
• Relevant diplomas or certifications as required for the role.
