Kenfix Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Kenfix Technician to join our hotel team. In this role you will ensure that all facilities and equipment across the property are safe, functional and well‑maintained, contributing to a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain a wide range of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Carry out regular preventative maintenance inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Identify safety hazards throughout the property and take immediate corrective action.
• Perform touch‑up and minor maintenance work in assigned areas.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures Manual and departmental standards.
• Assist guests with information about property facilities in a helpful manner.

Required profile

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork orientation and collaborative mindset.
• Relevant diplomas or certifications as required for the role.
