Labourer – Wastewater Treatment Plant

About the role

New Alfa International is seeking dedicated Labourers to support the operation of a leading wastewater treatment plant in Muscat. The role involves assisting technical teams and performing a range of general duties to ensure safe and efficient plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily plant and industrial operations in a wastewater treatment environment.
• Assist technical staff with routine tasks and equipment handling.
• Perform general labour duties, including material handling, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Operate plant equipment safely following established procedures.
• Observe and enforce workplace safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Practical experience in an industrial or plant setting, preferably in wastewater treatment.
• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks.
• Strong adherence to instructions and safety protocols.
• Willingness to work on‑site in an industrial environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Technical Diploma or equivalent practical experience is an advantage.
