Lead Functional Consultant – Student Information System

About the role

OSOS is looking for an experienced Lead Functional Consultant to drive the implementation of Student Information Systems (SIS) for its global clientele. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, from gathering requirements to post‑go‑live support, ensuring the solution meets each institution’s operational and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SIS demonstrations, discovery workshops, and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, and solution specifications.
• Oversee configuration, data migration, integration, testing (SIT/UAT), user training, and hyper‑care support.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Drive user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement of the SIS platform.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with presales, product, technical, and support teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SIS or similar ERP implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and guide cross‑functional teams.
