MAC Beauty Store Manager

About the role

Capital Store is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its MAC Beauty boutique in Oman. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and visual merchandising.
• Lead, coach, schedule and develop a team of sales associates to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor inventory and implement loss‑prevention measures.
• Track sales metrics, analyse data and set targets to improve store performance.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven store management experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and variable retail hours.

Required skills

• Makeup artistry expertise and familiarity with beauty products and brands.
• Knowledge of retail loss‑prevention practices.
