Managed Service Delivery Manager – Field Operations

About the role

Ericsson is seeking a Managed Service Delivery Manager to own the operational and financial performance of managed services accounts in Muscat. You will lead cross‑functional delivery teams, ensure compliance with contracts and regulations, and drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end service delivery against contractual commitments, SLAs and WLAs.
• Monitor operational performance, report results to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage contract costs, take corrective actions to protect service quality and financial performance.
• Coordinate distributed delivery teams, aligning resources, capacity and competencies.
• Lead operational governance, proactively managing risks, issues and escalations.
• Plan and manage service transitions, handovers and changes to ensure operational readiness.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, automation and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managed services, service delivery, field operations or operations management.
• Strong understanding of service‑level governance, SLAs/WLAs and performance management.
• Ability to lead distributed, cross‑functional teams and coordinate resources across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent customer and stakeholder management, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Good financial and commercial awareness, including cost and budget management.
