Manager, Completions/Commissioning

About the role

Lead and manage all pre‑commissioning, commissioning, start‑up and plant acceptance activities for major oil & gas projects, ensuring safety, quality and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong HSSE leadership and promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate commissioning activities across engineering, procurement, construction and operations teams.
• Manage the overall performance of the EPCM commissioning team, including engineers and supervisors.
• Ensure commissioning work scopes are planned, managed and executed in line with project objectives.
• Monitor contractor performance, HSSE compliance and quality requirements.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to resolve commissioning‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 20 years of experience on major oil & gas projects.
• Extensive experience in pre‑commissioning, commissioning, start‑up, test runs and plant acceptance.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary commissioning teams.
