Marketing Executive – Brand Communication & Design

About the role

The Marketing Executive will translate APME’s products, services and brand propositions into clear, consistent and engaging communication across consumer and business touchpoints. Acting as the bridge between marketing strategy and creative execution, the role ensures every message aligns with brand identity, campaign objectives and commercial priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Arabic communication materials for products, services, campaigns and brand initiatives, maintaining brand tone, visual language and key messages.
• Manage day‑to‑day design requirements, create creative briefs and coordinate with internal and external designers, agencies, photographers and production partners.
• Review artwork, layouts and messaging to ensure quality and brand compliance before finalisation.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Service teams to translate technical information into consumer‑friendly communication and integrate offerings into a unified proposition.
• Support retail and colour‑consultancy initiatives, creating communication for Décor‑idea, colour consultancy and related services.
• Assist in end‑to‑end campaign execution, coordinating assets across multiple platforms.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (local Omani dialect) and English, with the ability to craft consumer‑focused messaging.
• Proven experience in marketing communications and design management.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams including product, sales, service and creative partners.
• Ability to convert marketing strategies and product propositions into clear, engaging content.
