Marketing Executive – F&B

About the role

An established GCC-based group operating a diverse portfolio of businesses in the food and beverage and hospitality sector is hiring a full-time Marketing Executive in Muscat, Oman. The salary depends on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand activations to increase restaurant visibility, customer engagement, footfall and brand awareness.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events and marketing materials with restaurant operations, creative agencies, vendors and management.
• Support digital marketing and brand communication, including social media campaigns, website updates and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback and competitor activity, keep marketing records and CRM information, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field, or proven relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience in F&B, advertising agencies or restaurant groups.
• Hands-on experience planning and running marketing campaigns, promotional events or brand activations.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing, Microsoft Office and creative coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and creative-thinking skills.
