Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join a well‑established organisation in Muscat, Oman, specialising in asset‑backed financing and transportation. This full‑time, on‑site position will strengthen the company’s brand, support business development, and enhance engagement with international clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare marketing activity schedules, budgets, and campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and regularly update the company website and create content for newsletters, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
• Develop corporate profiles, marketing presentations, promotional materials, and customer communications.
• Ensure consistent application of the brand identity, visual guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards across all channels.
• Coordinate participation in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and corporate events.
• Support organisation of customer meetings, networking events, and promotional activities, including preparation of invitations, banners, and branded items.
• Prepare corporate announcements, press materials, and proposals for potential customers and business partners.
• Track marketing campaigns, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, analyse results against KPIs, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications or brand management.
• Experience in an international or corporate business environment is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and presentation skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic) are an advantage.

Required skills

• Practical experience managing websites and social media platforms.
• Experience running digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
