Marketing Intern

About the role

ManaraAI, an Oman‑based RegTech startup, is looking for a Marketing Intern to support brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. The role offers hands‑on experience in content creation, social media management, campaign coordination, and market research within an AI‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, and partner activities.
• Draft and coordinate content for social media, presentations, newsletters, and case studies.
• Support LinkedIn and other digital channel presence.
• Research target organisations, generate leads, and record them for follow‑up.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience needs to inform marketing content.
• Help organise webinars, events, and industry engagements, including promotional materials.
• Track campaign and social media performance, summarise results, and suggest improvements.
• Prepare marketing materials for product launches, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Maintain accurate marketing contact lists and CRM records.
• Gather audience feedback and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and an interest in digital marketing.
• Good organisational abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a startup environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media marketing, especially LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of campaign analytics.
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
• Exposure to email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
