Marketing Specialist – Gulf (excluding UAE & KSA)

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will design and execute targeted marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate product demand across the Gulf region (excluding UAE & KSA). The role focuses on digital, social, influencer, retail, and event‑based activities while collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, Product, Sales, and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement B2C and B2B marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and business priorities.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign delivery, ensuring timely execution and high‑quality output.
• Develop integrated go‑to‑market plans for product launches across digital, social, retail, PR, influencer, and offline channels.
• Execute consumer‑focused digital campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Google and other platforms.
• Manage social media content calendars, coordinate with designers and agencies, and monitor performance metrics.
• Create consumer‑centric blog and influencer content, optimize for SEO, and coordinate briefs with creators.
• Plan in‑store branding, product displays, retail promotions, and consumer engagement activities.
• Support events, trainings, and seasonal promotional campaigns in partnership with retail and e‑commerce teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2C and B2B marketing execution.
• Ability to develop and manage integrated multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
