Marketing Specialist

About the role

Oman Real is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive awareness and adoption of its real‑estate marketplace app. You will work closely with sales, product, and partner teams to design and launch data‑driven campaigns that attract buyers, sellers, and renters across Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns for the Oman Real app.
• Conduct market research and analyse user behaviour to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and promotional activities.
• Create and adapt content for digital channels, social media, and promotional materials.
• Gather and manage customer feedback, supporting service initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to strengthen brand presence.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven ability to design data‑driven marketing strategies.
• Basic commercial acumen for lead generation and partnership development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Organisational excellence with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple on‑site projects.
