Marketing Supervisor – Video Content & Growth (Hybrid, Muscat)

About the role

We are looking for a creative visual storyteller who can shoot, edit and distribute video content while turning online attention into measurable business revenue. Based in Muscat, this hybrid position leads the full‑cycle marketing strategy for a company operating in the supply chain and logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit short‑form and long‑form videos that showcase logistics solutions and operations.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok accounts, create targeted email campaigns and grow the brand’s online presence.
• Design, test and optimise lead‑capture landing pages to convert traffic into qualified business leads.
• Identify B2B decision‑makers, importers, exporters and business managers and craft campaigns that address their pain points.
• Track key performance indicators, use UTMs and lead‑capture tools to measure ROI and link marketing activities directly to closed sales.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in video shooting, editing and graphic design (portfolio required).
• Proven ability to run social media, email marketing and landing‑page projects.
• Familiarity with web‑analytics, UTM tracking and campaign KPI reporting.
• Interest or background in B2B marketing, supply chain or logistics is a plus.
• Self‑starter, analytical thinker, goal‑oriented and based in or willing to relocate to Muscat.
