Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will promote NCH’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals across an assigned territory. The role focuses on building trusted scientific relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders to drive ethical product awareness and sustainable sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand priorities and sales targets.
• Segment and prioritize healthcare professionals based on prescribing potential and account importance.
• Prepare structured call plans to ensure effective coverage and quality engagement.
• Promote NCH’s products ethically using approved scientific messages and materials.
• Deliver product detailing that links clinical benefits to patient needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of therapeutic areas, treatment guidelines, and competitor offerings.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, prescribing behaviour, and pricing dynamics.

Required profile

• Strong therapeutic knowledge and understanding of treatment guidelines.
• Disciplined territory management and commercial focus.
• Ability to adhere strictly to UAE healthcare regulations and internal compliance standards.
• Professional, credible, and insight‑led communication style.
