Medical Sales Representative – Pharmaceutical Business

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will promote NCH’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals across an assigned territory. You will build trusted scientific relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals and clinics to generate ethical product awareness and drive sustainable sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand priorities and sales targets.
• Segment and prioritize healthcare professionals based on prescribing potential and account importance.
• Prepare structured call plans to ensure effective coverage and high‑quality engagement.
• Promote NCH’s products using approved scientific messages and materials.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of therapeutic areas, treatment guidelines and competitor offerings.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with physicians, pharmacists, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, prescribing trends and pricing dynamics.

Required profile

• Strong therapeutic knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical regulations in the UAE.
• Disciplined territory management and commercial focus.
• Ability to communicate scientific information clearly and ethically.
• Commitment to compliance with internal standards and approved promotional practices.
