NDT Level Technician / Plant Operator

About the role

We are seeking experienced NDT Level Technicians / Plant Operators to join our team in Oman. The role focuses on welding inspection and non‑destructive testing (NDT) across industrial plant environments, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and monitor NDT inspections for welding and plant equipment.
• Conduct inspections using Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT) and Visual Testing (VT).
• Ensure welding quality and compliance with applicable inspection standards.
• Interpret test results and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Monitor plant operations, support maintenance activities and enforce safety and quality procedures.
• Coordinate closely with QA/QC and operations teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Valid certifications in MT, PT, UT, RT and VT.
• Experience in welding inspection and plant operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of welding processes and industrial plant systems.
• GCC experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of welding inspection techniques.
• Ability to interpret NDT test results and standards.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
