负责酒店整体运营管理，覆盖前厅、客房、餐饮、工程等部门，确保符合品牌标准并提升财务绩效。
主要职责
- 制定并执行酒店运营战略，提升客人满意度。
- 监控收益、预算及成本，推动利润增长。
- 领导各部门团队，落实品牌服务理念。
- 处理客诉，优化客人体验。
- 开展人力资源管理，推动员工绩效提升。
任职要求
- 工商管理或酒店管理相关学位。
- 2-4 年酒店前厅、客房、销售或运营管理经验。
- 具备分析问题、制定决策的能力。
必备技能
- 财务报表分析。
- 收益管理与预算控制。
- 团队领导与沟通协调。
