Onshore Pipelines Designer Level II

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Onshore Pipelines Designer (Level II) to join our engineering team. The role involves delivering detailed pipeline design documentation for oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and supporting safe, maintainable piping systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce pipeline drawings including alignment sheets, station approach, route maps, hydrostatic diagrams, isometrics, material take‑offs (MTO) and pipe‑support layouts.
• Prepare, review and check all piping drawings for onshore and offshore oil & gas projects.
• Ensure designs comply with international standards and OQ specifications.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and operations teams to integrate design information.
• Design clean‑effect piping systems that meet safety and maintenance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience on major oil & gas pipeline projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex pipeline design tasks.

Required skills

• Piping design for oil & gas pipelines.
• Creation of alignment sheets, station approach, route maps, hydrostatic diagrams, isometrics, MTO and pipe‑support details.
• Knowledge of international standards and OQ specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
