Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Lead to drive the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EBS Purchasing modules for our client in Oman. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery of functional solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional evaluation and detailed analysis of procurement processes.
• Participate in design workshops, identify gaps, and propose process improvements.
• Map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules and design scalable solutions.
• Configure Oracle EBS Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management, and iSupplier Portal.
• Prepare design documentation, support application setup, and lead testing activities.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, OAF pages, and Oracle Mobile applications.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams and ensure knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Procurement.
• Hands‑on experience in at least 4‑5 implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both customers and IT teams.
• Proven ability to deliver functional designs and support testing.

Required skills

• Oracle EBS Purchasing module (Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management, iSupplier Portal).
• Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Mobile application development.
• Custom report development and CEMLI extensions.
• Integration knowledge with Oracle standard processes.
• Configuration and functional setup of Oracle EBS Procurement modules.
