Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS techno‑functional specialist to join a finance transformation programme on a 6‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role is based in Oman and will involve delivering end‑to‑end Oracle EBS Finance solutions for our client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and testing of Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Support integration of Oracle EBS with external systems such as WSS, SWIFT, RTGS and BI tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate finance requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in full‑lifecycle implementations, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Provide on‑site guidance and troubleshooting during go‑live and post‑implementation phases.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS Finance.
• At least two complete full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and ability to bridge functional and technical gaps.

Required skills

• Oracle EBS Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Treasury & Cash Management, Subledger, iProcurement/iSourcing, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, Inventory.
• Integrations: WSS, SWIFT, RTGS, currency management, Islamic liquidity management, Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
