Outdoor Sales Executive – Project Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our Project Department and expand our project portfolio across residential and commercial sectors in Oman. The role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, consultants and developers to generate new business opportunities for kitchens, doors, windows and cabinets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract residential and commercial projects such as villas, buildings and hotels.
• Generate business opportunities related to kitchens, doors, windows, and cabinets.
• Visit contractors, consultants, and developers to build strong business relationships.
• Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients.
• Transfer project opportunities to the Project Department and follow up on them.
• Submit weekly reports covering visits, meetings, and project opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in outdoor sales.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong network with contractors and consultants is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with strong field sales abilities.
