Outdoor Sales Representative - Hair & Nail

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to drive growth for our hair and nail brands across Oman. The role involves building strong relationships with salon partners, expanding market coverage, and delivering consistent sales performance in a field‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve territory and brand targets.
• Promote focus products, special promotions and liquidation stock while maintaining commercial discipline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon partners to increase account value and portfolio penetration.
• Identify, acquire and convert new salon accounts to expand market coverage.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and promotional initiatives, providing actionable insights.
• Execute route plans and ensure consistent territory coverage through productive client visits.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education and Brand teams to support product launches, campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotional offers, POS materials and brand standards at the salon level.
• Manage collections, follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or professional salon industry.
• Strong negotiation, account management and business development abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset to assess sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and target‑oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
