Platform Engineer – Bank Digital Team (Branch Automation)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join our Bank Digital Team and take ownership of the Branch Automation platform. You will work in a fast‑paced, undocumented environment, delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions that support core banking applications.

Key responsibilities

• Discover, document, and maintain platform infrastructure, network topology, and system integrations.
• Integrate and document APIs across banking systems, including Temenos Infinity (Quantum Fabric).
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Provision and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services with Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Operate Docker containers and Kubernetes (OKE), ensuring monitoring, logging, and platform security.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to support platform delivery.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or systems integration.
• Experience in banking or FinTech environments is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in complex, undocumented settings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
